டிஜிட்டல் கரன்சி என்றால் என்ன?
இந்தியா போன்ற வளர்ந்து வரும் நாடுகளின் பொருளாதார மேம்பாடு என்பது உலக நாடுகளின் பொருளாதாரத்தில் பெரும் பங்கு வகிக்கும் என்பது நிதர்சனம். பணம் நம் கைகளில் பணமாக இல்லாமல் டிஜிட்டல் வடிவில் இருக்கும். நாம் வேண்டும் போது பயன்படுத்தலாம் எங்கு போனாலும் ஒரு வங்கியை நாட வேண்டாம். ஒரு பணம் எடுக்கும் இயந்திரத்தினை தேடி ஓட வேண்டாம். பணம் போட எடுக்க வங்கிகளை தேட வேண்டாம்.
அதாவது ரூபாய் போலவே டிஜிட்டல் கரன்சி ஒன்றை கொண்டு வர ஆலோசனை செய்யப்பட்டது. ஆர்பிஐ கொண்டு வர இருக்கும் டிஜிட்டல் கரன்சியை ‘’வங்கி ரூபாய்” என்ற வரையறைக்கு கீழ் கொண்டு வரவேண்டும் என்று ரிசர்வ் வங்கி மத்திய அரசிடம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. நமது இப்போது உள்ள ரூபாய் நோட்டுகளுக்கு இருக்கும் மதிப்பு டிஜிட்டல் கரன்சிக்கும் இருக்கும்.
இதன் மூலமாக கருப்புப் பணம் நடமாட்டம் கட்டுப்படுத்தப்படலாம். நாடு முழுவதும் நடைபெறும் பணப்பரிவர்த்தனைகளை கண்காணிக்க முடியும். இதன் மூலம் வரி ஏய்ப்பு தடுக்கப்பட்டு வரிவசூல் அதிகமாகும். ATM களில் வரிசையில் நிற்கும் நிலை மாறும். மொபைல் மூலமாக பணப் பரிவர்த்தனை பில்லியனாக உயர்ந்து இருப்பதாக தகவல் தெரிவிக்கின்றது.
மேலும் காகிதத்தின் பயன்பாட்டுக்கு ஆகும் செலவு குறைக்கப்பட்டு விடும்.
டிஜிட்டல் வர்த்தகத்தில் உலக அளவில் 28 ஆவது இடம் வகிக்கும் இந்தியா தனக்கென டிஜிட்டல் கரன்சி உருவாக்குவதன் மூலம் மேலும் அடுத்த கட்ட வளர்ச்சி பாதைக்கு செல்கின்றது என்பதை அறியலாம்.
நாடு முன்னேற நாமும் டிஜிட்டல் உலகத்தில் பயணித்து முன்னேற்றமடைவோம்.

What is digital currency?
It is a fact that the economic development of emerging countries like India will play a major role in the global economy. Money will be in digital form instead of cash in our hands. We can use whenever we want and don't resort to a bank wherever we go. Don't run to a cash machine. Don't look for banks to deposit money.
That is, it was suggested to bring a digital currency like the rupee. The RBI has told the central government that the digital currency to be introduced by the RBI should be brought under the definition of "bank rupee". Digital currency will have the same value as our current banknotes.
Through this the movement of black money can be controlled. Money transactions across the country can be monitored. This will prevent tax evasion and increase tax collection. Queuing at ATMs will change. It is reported that mobile money transactions have risen to billions.
Also the cost of paper usage will be reduced.
It can be seen that India, which ranks 28th in the world in digital trade, is moving to the next level of development by creating its own digital currency.
