The Election Commission of India (ECI) allow voters to apply for a Voter ID card through the National Voters Services Portal. Now Indian citizens need to link Aadhar to Voter ID card through the official portal at voterportal.eci.gov.in, www.nvsp.in.
Candidates can link Voter ID Card to Aadhar Card through the NVSP portal via online mode, offline mode, SMS and by Mobile Phone.
