The Independence day of India is celebrated on August 15th annually. Independence Day, one of the three National holidays in India (the other two being the Republic Day on 26 January and Mahatma Gandhi's birthday on 2 October), is observed in all Indian states and union territories.

The independence day of India is celebrated on 15th Aug annually. It is a national festival of India. It is a special day for every citizen of India. India got freedom on 15th Aug1947.The day reminds us of the great freedom fighters of India. Their life is worth inspiration for us. We should never forget the moral values of Independence Day of India.

             I Like the National Leader PANDIT JAWAHARLAL NEHRU

          Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was the first prime minister of the India after independence. He was the key leader of the national Indian congress. Nehru was born on 14th Nov 1889 in Allahabad. Nehru was the loved his children’s, so children as called Cha-cha Nehru. Nehru was written the famous book for “THE DISCOVERY OF INDIA”.

            Nehru’s birthday is celebrated as “CHILDREN’S DAY”. In India, Nehru was the father of Indira Gandhi, the first woman prime minister of India. Nehru was the famous slogan for “AARAM HARAM HAI”.
